Been so busy at work that haven´t even have time to write blog. Morning shifts are usually conference service shifts so in those shifts we go over that reservation and check the meeting rooms that everything is there what the costumer has ordered. We make sure that costumers get their morning and afternoon breaks and lunch at the right time.
Evening shifts are always banqueting but the event can be almost anything. Last week we had a boxing night, this week we had a sports gala, Christmas party and some company diners. Banqueting is hard work and you have to be really fast. Sometimes we have less than two hours to take everything off from the room and set it again to a different theme.
